Weekly relaxation is a 3-week challenge where team members are invited to do short relaxing practices together 3 times a week. The practices consist of simple guided breathing and relaxation exercises. The goal of the exercises is to create moments of peace and quiet during the working day to relieve stress and get re-energized together.
