At the Talent Show team members can surprise each other with sides of themselves that remain hidden in the work environment. Each team member will perform their talent such as singing, dancing, lip-syncing, acting, playing an instrument, or any other activity that showcases their skills. At the end of the talent show, the top 3 team members will be awarded.
